Speaking well is an essential skill: for wedding speeches, business presentations,
interviews, sales pitches, public speeches for formal occasions, and for home life.
Skills are developed in a cordial, structured and fun way, in a warm friendly environment where you are given the opportunity to learn how to speak well to groups and in public.
The club enables it's members to show maximum respect for an audience, learn how to connect with them, entertain, persuade and impress all, by developing public speaking skills.
Warrington Speakers Club was formed in 1962 by local businesses and a group of friends in Warrington, Cheshie. The club grew and forged links with other speaking clubs.
Today it continues to maintain these links including businesses ….large and small …. enjoying an established net work of useful contacts and has gone from strength to strength.
Many of the members joined the club to learn how to stand infront of an audience and deliver a wedding speech, business presentation, interview, or sales pitch. They surprised themselves, interacted with the audience, were successful and ENJOYED the experience. They have remained members to continue their development, refine and sharpen speaking skills through structured speaking development programmes, that can be a continuous process, whilst enjoying fellowship of a most friendly and supportive club.
The club enables it's members - to develop, refine and rehurse their skills in public speaking.
